I bound this cute mini with papers from the Tim Holtz paper collection, I hope to fill it with pictures of my son soon. I love participating in these swaps, the swappers do such a wonderful job and we have a completed album when the pages are returned.

Please join me in September Charm Swap. This is the 4th month that I will be hosting this and it is a lot of fun and addicting! I absolutely love charms that hang off tags, mini’s, pages etc. and can’t seem to get enough of them. There are so many kinds available that it is impossible to collect them all.
Please comment on my Youtube or my Blog and include your EMAIL ADDRESS so that it is easier to send you updates.
This swap will be open to everyone to join. (US, Canada and International)
This will be a 7+1 swap, you will get one back.
• Each Charm should include a swivel clasp, garment pin or something to attach it to a tag or mini.
• A charm, either handmade or store bought (attached to the garment pin or swivel clasp)
• A bead or button.
• Please include your name and youtube/blog name.

Please be fair to everyone participating. If you’re unable to continue the swap, please notify me asap. I would like for everyone who has signed up to be able to receive as many as they have sent back.

Include a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) with at last the same amount of postage as it took to mail me. Also include 2 extra stamps if needed. I will send them back if not needed. PLEASE NO METERED strips.

I will have 4 groups of 8 and will sign people up in the order of comments received.
Thank you for participating. If you don’t have my address, please email me once you are ready to mail out and I will send to you. My email address is cindy@smsrecruiters.com.

I made this 4x4 page for Bona's swap www.keeponscrapping.blogspot.com out of the Halloween in Wonderland collection from Graphic 45. I have to admit that I did not really like this paper when it first came out and then it really grew on me. The detail in the paper is amazing and it is so fun to work with. I created 8 of the same page and when the swaps are returned I will have 8 different pages and a complete album. I can't wait to see what the other ladies make.

I entered a contest with Archivers where we had to create a wall hanging out of the 7 Gypsy's printers boxes. I had a lot of fun creating this, I used the Graphic 45 On the Boardwalk papers and thought that they went well with the pictures that I selected. Wish me luck, if I win at the store level then the project will be sent to Archivers at Mall of America for Scrap Fest. Wish me luck

Challenge #3, to make a project showing what the word "Fearless" means to us. I made a page for my Art Journal. I don't work in it as much as I would like, so much going on lately around here. I love working on challenges, it forces me to get some things done, including house work so that I did not feel guilty playing in my scrap room. :-)

All White Tag, Beach Challenge # 4

All White Challenge. I had fun creating this from a die that I purchased from Bona's site, www.keeponscrappin.blogspot.com. I used white paper, lace, pearls and flowers. At first I attached the flowers with the leaves and then realized that they were green and had to take it apart to remove the leaves in order to comply with the challenge :-)

Beach Challenge #1 Blue, Sage and Orange

I had fun making this box for a special person as a thank you. The paper collection is October Afternoon, Thrift Shop (perfect for me. I used sage, blue and orange to fulfill the challenge on the beach. This box is a small cigar box and I was inspired to decorate after watching Arlene's Youtube on mybutterflykisses. The flower was given to me in a flower swap and was made by Sandra Perdomo www.awalkinthecloudswithsandra.blogspot.com

Graphic 45 4x4 Boy Mini Page/Challenge #5

The challenge was to use a button on your page. I love how you can find buttons in all shapes and sizes, this one happens to be of a baseball.

I wanted a place to display all of the wonderful charms that I receive from my charm swap. I have been looking at this birdcage for several months and wanted to do something with it. I thought that I would make an album to put in it like Bona did, however never got around to it. I like how this turned out and can't wait to see what everyone creates for the August Swap.

Challenge #2 Pin Cushion to display pin swaps

I am in the process of cleaning out my scrap room and found this little piece of velvet that I was just going to throw away. I needed a place to display my pins from my pin swap and thought that it would be a good way to use this small piece. I hot glued the trim and used a flower that Arlene gave me with my initial on it. I love how it turned out, just the right size.
