Homemade Junk Journal made out of Licence plates

I have been saving out old Missouri Licence plates for a couple of years because I knew that I wanted to use them to make an album or journal. I thought that it would be perfect for making a Junk Journal for my Daughter to take back to school with her in the fall.

    1. Hi Heather, no specific directions. I just cut paper to the size of the license plate and then used the zutter to cut all of the holes. Then I used zip ties to hold them together. I also used different size papers, tags and envelopes throughout for pockets and stuff. Make it like a Junk Journal.
